Costs - 2016 prices - These will be updated as soon as we know 2017’s prices.
Please note that we charge for accommodation and attendance separately.
There are two booking forms, one for accommodation (which you send and pay to Brighstone Holiday Centre - details on the accommodation form) and the other for Isle of Wight Star Party attendance (which you send and pay to Isle of Wight Star Party - details on the star party form).
The Ensuite Rooms can accommodate up to two people for the price of the room, so find a friend and bring them along. Also, all bed linen is included in the price. We also have self catering chalets, that include kitchens and lounges and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. This will enable you to get together with other members of your club or with friends and enjoy the time together.
Star Party Fee
Day Rate £6 per person per day or £15 per person for the whole event (which includes the annual souvenir) – Cheques payable to Isle of Wight Star Party.
Accommodation
Tent £7 per person per night.
Caravan with up to two people £17 per night. - For caravans, extra adults £3 per night.
Room with ensuite £40 per night (up to 2 people sharing – please specify twin or double).
For all rooms with ensuite: Extra person £15 per night.
All bed linen and electricity included. Bring your own towels.
Chalet - Please specify twin or double beds as required – first come first served – not all twins
1 bedroom (up to 2 people) self catering £42 per night
2 bedroom (up to 4 people) self catering £52 per night
3 bedroom (up to 6 people) self catering £75 per night
All bed linen is provided but bring your own towels. Electricity is extra via a £1 coin meter.
Please let us know if you would like to share a room or chalet with someone else who is booking
separately.
Electric Hookup (requires caravan electric type connector) - £4 extra per night - please make
it clear at time of booking if you require this.
Please note:-
All accommodation must be booked for a minimum stay of both the Friday and Saturday nights. If this is not possible, please ring to confirm availability.
There are limited electric hookups and caravan pitches – depending on the weather
caravans locations may be restricted.
All accommodation must be paid for in full by the 28th February and no refunds for cancellations will be made after this date.
A Walk or Activity
On Sunday afternoon, come on a guided tour with a local expert or take part in a leisurely
activity.
We have a few options at the moment and are still finalising details. (Price about £5 per person
– payable on the day). Final arrangements to be made on the weekend.
Ferries
There are various ways of getting to the Isle of Wight, although until a bridge/tunnel is built we are at the mercy of the ferry companies and the weather - as has been so well illustrated during the recent bad weather.
Car ferry and passenger services are run by Red Funnel and Wightlink as well as a hovercraft operated by Hovertravel.
